3. Contract Formation

If you send us inquiries via the contact form or book an appointment via Calendly, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry.

Processed data

First name, Last name, E-mail address, Phone number and the content of your message.

Legal basis

The processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract.

A contract is concluded through written confirmation, offer acceptance, or payment.

4. Payment

This website uses the visitor action pixel from Meta (Facebook) for conversion measurement. Provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.

We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, revenue, or conversions.

We owe the professional delivery of the agreed services, not a guaranteed business result.

6. Termination

Ongoing service agreements may be terminated with 14 days’ notice to the end of the month unless otherwise agreed.

6. Jurisdiction

To the extent legally permissible, Hamburg shall be the place of jurisdiction.
